Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so that your session can begin on time. Starting your session on time allows you to receive the full benefit of your complete and unhurried service.So that the following client is not inconvenienced, appointment duration will be adjusted for late arrivals at the full fee.
New Clients
Before your treatment begins you will need a few additional minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out our intake form.
Gratuities
Our Spa therapists pride themselves in delivering excellent service.Gratuities are graciously accepted and appreciated.Typically tips are calculated to be 15% to 20% of the service.We regret that we are not able to add tips to credit cards or checks.
Cancelation Policy
We require a credit card to reserve all appointments. In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us, we do require at least 24 hours notice.In the case of a same day cancellation or if you fail to show up at your scheduled appointment time,you will be charged the full fee of your service .
